Please note that due to the actual pandemic of COVID-19, there might be a delay to receive your order. Be assured that all orders are processed within 24 hours, however our carrier is experiencing delays especially with international orders.
Tops are available for exchanges. Bottoms and one-pieces are final sale.
After receiving your package you will have 10 days to return it by mail for an exchange.
Any exchanges must be made at your own cost however you must obtain you proof of postage until you have received your refund, just in case your order is lost on its way back to Tram The Brand.
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders made on the online store are shipped from our warehouse located in Montreal, Quebec. We offer free shipping for Canada and the United States on orders over $150. All Canadian orders are shipped with ChitChats and take between 2 and 12 business days to arrive after the date of the order (they usually take 3 business days). A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once the package has been shipped.

All US orders are shipped with ChitChats and take between 4 to 12 business days to arrive following the date of the order. A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once the package has been shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Free shipping for all orders over $300
- Fixed shipping charge of $20 for orders under $300
All international orders are shipped by Fedex with the Priority International service and take between 6 to 12 business days to arrive after the date of the order. A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you when your package is shipped. International orders may be subject to taxes or customs charges.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT FEES
International shipping means that you may be required to pay customs and import fees. All international customers are responsible for their country's custom duties. These may vary depending on the country or state listed in the shipping address. Tram the Brand is legally required to declare the value of the package. For more information, we recommend that you contact your local customs office.
CHANGE TO YOUR ORDER
If you wish to modify or add an item to your order, we will be pleased to help you. Once the package shipped, it is not possible for us to make changes to your order. Please make sure that all details indicated are correct before finalizing your order especially your email and delivery address.
PROCESSING TIME
Purchases are processed and shipped within 24 hours business days from the date of the order. If your order was made during the weekend or on a public holiday, it will start processing the next business day.
